Please allow 1-3 business days for your orders to process before shipping. Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation via email and or text and a tracking number when your order ships. Please bear with us that orders may take additional time to ship during holidays.
Unfortunately, Seasoning Aide will not be responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.
SeasoningAide will also not be responsible for confirmed deliveries that are not received but confirmed as delivered according to the tracking provided. Please reach out to your local post office for further inquiries.
Kindly note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on our spices. Therefore, if you receive what you ordered, it cannot be exchanged or returned. We could automatically replace a product if we accidentally send you the wrong product. Shipping costs are however non-refundable.
